Whitney Whitehead brings exceptional experience to her position as an associate with PayneMitchell Law Group. She is an honors graduate of SMU’s Dedman School of Law, where she served as an editor on the SMU Law Review. Whitney clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Plano and at Vinson & Elkins while attending law school, and served as an intern with the Human Rights Initiative.
Her background also includes working in human resources at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in marketing for Case Dunlap. While an undergraduate at the University of Oklahoma, Whitney was an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Ways and Means. She is an active community volunteer.
