Andy Payne and Todd Ramsey Obtain a Settlement for a Teenager who Fell from a Tree while at Work.
A young man was simply following the instructions of his boss, who did not maintain worker’s compensation insurance, when he instructed him to climb a tree with a chainsaw. In the process, the young man fell 30 feet from the tree and sustained significant brain damage. Todd Ramsey and Andy Payne were able to settle the case against the landowner and employer for a significant confidential amount.
